Teaching Philosophy
Most importantly, I possess a genuine respect for and understanding of young people. Reading books is my passion and I want to help inspire that love of literature in young people today in any way I can. I firmly believe that the best way to better our society, and at the same time better the lives of individuals in that society, is through a quality education. A deep connection with literature is needed to facilitate that growth. With my help, students gain a respect for humanity, an understanding of themselves, and a powerful command of the English language. For all of these reasons, I’ve developed the skills necessary to succeed as a Secondary English Educator.
